pegged jeans

What are pegged jeans? I'm really confused right now because the Urban Dictionary defines it as skinny jeans, but another online dictionary defines it as jeans with their ankles rolled up. Which one is it, then?

Thanks a lot! I've now understood the meaning of pegged jeans. However, AlpheccaStars and MrM provided two different meanings for the individual word "pegged."

Pegged: Tightly tapered towards the bottom of the leg
Pegged: Tightly rolled up at the bottom of the leg

Which one is more precise?
