PEER COUNSELLORS ORGANIZATION

In this baffling world problems, academically or personally may arise at any point of our lives unexpectedly. Whenever these happen, we always find someone whom we can rely on, someone who’s going to listen and understand us, and someone who is there to guide us to the right path. We, the Peer Counsellor’s Organization, is composed of carefully chosen student leaders and headed by our guidance counsellor Ma’am Joyce B. Clutario, is here ready to assist and guide you. Peer counsellor’s organization, through applications and interviews harvest its members from the different departments of this institution- the mariners’ polytechnic colleges’ foundation.

Peer Counsellors organization organize different activities such as seminar workshops, peer mediations, medical missions, tree planting , and any other activities that involve counselling. We also team up with other organizations in the campus to assist and help them to achieve their purposes. Peer counsellors Organization does not only serve within the four corners of the school but also involves itself with the different psychosocial concerns happening around the globe. One of the latest programs of the Peer counsellor’s organization is a tutorial to those students who will undergo examinations to different agencies. We all know that some students are having difficulties dealing with numbers or correcting grammatical errors and we are willing to help to overcome their weaknesses.

We, the counsellors, are also vulnerable to problems but we are ready to assist, listen, and guide you. We may be same students of this institution, and you may find it awkward to seek our advice but, in times when problems arise and cloud of confusion occupies your mind and you need a person to talk to and to share with we are here to light up your path and find the appropriate solution. We are here because of you, and we’ll always be here for you.
