Hi,

Can you tell me that among the three, which is countable, and which is not?
What are their differences with respect to purpose?
For example,
Bulldozers push _____.
Children throw _____ into the pond.
I have a ___________in my shoe.
In the park there is a short road made of _______. When you step on it, you may feel being rubbed.
In rural ares, there are lots of __________roads.

You may put other words in the blank if they are more appropriate.

Countable is only pebble.

I will tell you their meanings which might give you a rough idea about their differences:

pebble=a small stone made smooth and round by the action of water or sand
gravel=a loose aggregation of small water-worn or pounded stones
