PBS American Masters - Andy Warhol

Hi,
Another listening question.
From a documentary film about Andy Warhol.
Here is the sound of (I think) Andy's brother.

And you can also use this instead of the link. Your browser does not properly support audio yet. Listen: [ogg] or [mp3] PS:I was wrong the speaker is not Andy's brother.

  • If the quality is low, I can make it higher.
  • Now I think you can be sure that it's not virus.

I thought it would be good to post 3 listening clips on each post. But after each post is solved,I will post the other parts.
This is the second part.

It's hard to tell for sure what he's saying (1st clip), but it sounds like it might be this:

If you didn't want to be second-rate or an underling in any way
0
the 2-nd one:

Cause he's probably one of most complex people I've ever met

The third one is nonsensical to me, so I won't post what I heard

It's He at the beginning.
He didn't want to be second-rate or an underling in any way.
Thank you very much.

I don't hear the 've part. Otherwise, I hear the same thing MrPernickety heard:
- Cause he's probably one of most complex people I ever met

The word "probably" is there, but it's quick and not clearly enunciated. I'd say he

The third clip is tough, and I don't know what the last word might be. This is what I hear:

- That sort of numbed-out look and ????
