payment went through

Please Native speaker, Is this something a native speaker would say?

Is it natural to say "payment goes through"?
The payment didn't go through. Try using another credit card.
I paid my subscription via paypal and a message error popped up saying my payment hadn't gone through.

Thank you so much

Hi Rover,
Would you use "payment" or "transaction"?

Is it correct to say " It's too late to change the charge amount."?

The payment/ transaction has already gone through. It's too late to change the charge amount.

Thank you

I'd say

Paid his initial Pymt online. He would like to know if the payment/transaction has gone through.
