Working as a hotel receptionist, I sometimes have issues with arriving guests about payment. Even though credit cards registered when making an online reservation was only used to secure booking.
Some guests insist that payment has been made, they refuse to make payment at the hotel reception. For an expression on a document to show the guests, could you please check if the following is appropriate? I wish to make it polite and natural, not like a legal document.
