Paying my homage to the legend.

Dear all,

One of our actors named Jayan died 42 years ago. But still he has been considered as a youth icon. Today is his birthday. Some of my friends posted this on Facebook and WhatsApp groups. In this context, could you please tell me which of the following sentences are apt to post as a comment on Facebook and WhatsApp below the posts regarding his birthday? And also I am not sure whether it is proper to wish "Happy birthday" to a person who is no more.

1) Paying my homage to the legend.
2) Happy birthday to you, Jayan Sir.
3) Paying my respect to you.
4) Remembering you with lots of respect.

Listen up. You really must sit down and study the tenses and aspects of English verbs. I mean really learn them. Do nothing else until you have done that. Your "still he has been considered" brands you. It can be fixed, but it will take a while. My two cents.
