Good luck! If you had a hand in the creative work, make sure your lawyer threatens to assert copy- and moral-rights in the finished work, not just the right to payment. An outstanding threat like that can make a production uninsurable at E&O time.

The frickin' lawyer stands to make a nice fat fee out of this, but it's actually less than I would lose if I took the company to Small Claims court, because the maximum they pay out here is less than the amount owed minus the lawyer's
