Is this the correct way to phrase the following?
Do you know how much electricity you'd have to pay each month to keep this house heated all month?

Possibilities: Do you know what the electric bill for keeping the house heated would be? Do you know how much you'd have to pay for electricity to keep.... Do you know how high the electric bill would be....

Do you know how high the electric bill would be....

Bottom line: we don't "pay electricity". We pay for electricity, an electric bill or a bill for electricity.

Phillip is right. You are not going to pay in electricity.

One way to correct the sentence by adding just one word:

Do you know how much electricity you'd have to pay for each month to keep this house heated all month?

Um....
Even that doesn't sound natual to me either. Philip's suggests are fine. Adding to that, some people also call it "energy ".
So to phrase it naturally, I suggest thess options:

Yes. I am aware of that grammarfreak. For example there is a modifier error in this part: pay for each month.

I am not saying this is the ideal way to form the sentence, though it essentially corrects it while making minimal changes. It is better to rewrite the entire sentence.
