Grammar

Pay cash, pay by cash, pay in cash

Is it "to pay cash," "to pay by cash" or "to pay in cash"?

If all three are possible, do they mean the same thing?

If so, which would you use?

Thank you.

All 3 are OK. No real difference. I usually say and hear 'pay cash'.
