"Pay attention to" in informal contexts

Hi. It is often said that the phrasal verb "pay attention to" is quite formal. Could you clarify whether is it appropriate to use it in rather informal contexts such as advice/suggestion/advertisement? For instance, as in the following sentences:

1. If you like first-person shooters with a storyline, we suggest that you pay attention to Half-Life 2.

2. If you prefer horrors, we recommend that you pay attention to the old-school classics.

3. If you are looking for an affordable and foolproof washer, we offer you pay attention to this model.

Thanks.
