patronizing

Hi teachers,

I understand some of the adjectives have to use before a noun or sometimes they don't.

From dictioanry: He speaks in a patronizing manner.

Would it be grammatical:

He's very patronizing.

Thanks

Hi Clive,

Does 'patronizing' have the same meaning with 'condescending'?

Thanks
