Did you visit Spain again?

Have you visited Spain again?

Your question is a little difficult to understand. If you met them in Spain, it makes little sense to ask if they visited Spain again. You can ask if they have visited Spain more than once in the past, or you can ask if they expect to visit Spain again in the future.

Given the confusion over what you wish to say, it's hard to evaluate the usage of your two sentences. Both are grammatically correct, but they are not very meaningful.

Maybe you could try to ask your question again with a different situation and different sentences.
