Below is a short paragraph which is I created using Simple Past Tense type.

Two weeks ago, I went to a bookstore nearby my house with my sister.
I was informed by my friend that the bookstore is having great sale with incredible price for any kind of books. I was so excited to hear this great news. The next Sunday morning I was rushed to the bookstore with my sister. I was so delighted because I found so many books I've been looking for and the price was very cheap.
