I want to say the following sentence in past tense. Is it right?
If he would say anything, she might think he was someline like that wicked man.

No. Modal verbs like 'may', 'might', 'must', and so on, don't really have past tenses. They work differently from other verbs.

You can add 'have' to the modal verbs, however: 'may have', 'might have', 'must have', and so on. Maybe that's what you want.
