Past simple vs present perfect

I've taken a shower, shaved and applied some perfume. (Assume all of this happened just now, not yesterday or a long time ago)

Would this be correct, or do I need to use the past simple to list one action after another?

The fact that you are listing actions does not affect the choice of tense. It's OK to list actions in the present perfect, provided, obviously, that the present perfect is the appropriate tense for each of the actions individually. Be aware that "shaving" (with no specific body part mentioned, and assumed by default to be the facial area) is an activity normally associated with men, while "perfume" is normally associated with women.
