Past Simple vs Present Perfect

I have another problem. Could you help me with this?
Which sentence is correct?

1. I travelled all over the word and I can say that this stay in Norway was the most wonderful.
2. I have travelled all over the word and I can say that this stay in Norway has been the most wonderful.

Thank you

Both are correct. #1 suggests that you are done travelling and that the Norway visit is finished and done with; #2 suggests that there is further travel in your future, and that you are still in or only recently departed from Oslo.
