You need past simple in both places— "visited" and "worked" Used to is used for past habits. Example When I was in London, I used to visit my friends every Sunday. She used to shop at Shoppers Stop when she was working in World Travel Company.

Used to is used for past habits.

Example

When I was in London, I used to visit my friends every Sunday.

She used to shop at Shoppers Stop when she was working in World Travel Company.

Use the simple past for both of those. (B and C)

'used to' isn't used with 'several times' or with a 'for' phrase of time, e.g., 'for eighteen months'. That's because 'used to' conveys the idea of a habit. A habit doesn't occur only a limited number of times, and it doesn't occur for only a limited number of months. ('would' has the same problem.)
