If I want to say "I didn't have credit for a week and I have now"

which sentence is correct if i want to use "since"

I didn't have creidt since last monday

or

I haven't had credit since last monday

and is this sentce itself correct

"I didn't have credit for a week and I have now"

Hi, Broadly speaking, use Present Perfect to talk about the week ending now. With Simple Past, it can sound like it was, for example, some week last year, or like some particular point in the last week. You seem to want to suggest a contrast, so I recommend 'but' instead of 'and'.
