Past Simple or Present Perfect Simple?

Hello,

I'm not sure whether to use PS or PPS in the following sentence. While I feel there's a connection to the present, I'm also aware of the fact that the user of the software, one of whose features is being described, knows precisely when the event took place. On the other hand, present simple could work just as fine as that's how the app works, right?

Which of the following is better then?

a) All events that took place with the partner and their contact persons are recorded on the contact card...
b) All events that have taken place with the partner and their contact persons are recorded on the contact card...
c) All events that take place with the partner and their contact persons are recorded on the contact card...

Many thanks for your comments!

Best,

P.

Thanks a lot, AlpheccaStars. It's obvious now that only b) and c) make sense in the context and, since it's part of the manufacturer's description, c) appears to work best. Well, sometimes I just need to be reminded of what I should have long known.
