Past perfect tense help

I'm talking to a friend and I say:

I've told you about McDonad's, KFC, and Taco Bells. Or

I told you about McDonad's, KFC, and Taco Bells.

I've mentioned the different restaurants in town, such as Macaroni Grill, Chipotles. Or

I mentioned the different restaurants in town, such as Macaroni Grill, Chipotles.

Can all be used?
