Hello everyone, Have a nice tonight! Please help me the followings

#1. The patient had died before the doctor came.
VS
#2. The doctor came after the patient had died.

#3. The patient died after the doctor had come.

Now my question is that, Are these(1&2) same meaning?
Or
Are these(1&3) same meaning?
