Past Perfect / Past Simple or Present Perfect?
Hi guys, I am looking for some help in terms of a sentence that is kinda struggle at the moment...
The thing is I am translating a document intended for teachers into English.
The sentence in Polish is of a PRESENT meaning.
Which one is correct or should I put it in any other manner?
The teacher asks the children .... what they had learned in the previous lesson.
The teacher asks the children .... what they learned in the previous lesson.
The teacher asks the children .... what they have learned in the previous lesson.
It is not reported speech in its pure form. It is not about the PAST. It has more to do with the FUTURE.
