Past Perfect or what?

Hi! I'm confused about this sentence. Which tense should I use here?

I remember time when the world had just begun.

(or "has just begun"? Or "when the world began"? we are talking about past time, so I thought that we should use P.P. Am I right?)
If there any other ways to say it, please share with me.
