Past perfect continuous and Present perfect .

Hi, I have been confusing about those two tenses. I know that we use present perfect when we talk about an action recently-stopped, or an action still continuing. So, how we use Past perfect properly and I find it sort of hard to reflect an action to Past perfect or Past perfect continuous.

Past perfect and Past perfect continuous.

I need some help fellas.

" We use the past perfect continuous to talk about actions or situations which had continued up to the past moment that we are thinking about, or shortly before it.
