Past perfect

i'd like to ask you something. there is sth in english like "have something done" you know, im having my pen repaired or im having my car washed. i wanna ask what is the right form of past perfect?
is that like i had had my car washed? thanks alot
so if i'd like to say something in past perfect using have sth done, how would it look? wouldnt it be a double had? one from past perfect form, and another one from (have something done in past)?

I
had - had from past perfect
had- changed have from 'have sth done'
my car washed
?

the past perfect tense is the only one that interests me Emotion: smile

i want to mention(or whatever, not sure about the form) that someone washes my car. im gonna use 'have something done'

lets say that in many tenses(we dont have to mention the person that does this job for us)

present simple- i have my car repaired
present continous- im having my car repaired
past simple - i had my car repaired

and now the question is, how to say this sentence in PAST PERFECT?

  • In these cases, the second verb "to have" is part of an idiom (it's the main verb ), and does not function as an auxilliary verb in forming a perfect tense.

In "I am getting my car washed / I am having my pen repaired", the past participles in green are what is called "middle voice" verb which are verbs functioning passively to express an action or process.
I am washing my car. this is an active voice sentence. You are carrying out the act, washing.
