past participle & passive sentence

What is difference in the followin sentences??

'All the money raised by the concert will go to charity'
'All the money which was raised by the concert will to go charity'

Is it possible to say that the first one is passive voice like the second one???

"All the money which was raised by the concert will to go charity" is passive form and it's corrected.

The difference is, money rasied by the concert... is a part participle phrase with passive connotation. The latter version " .....which was raised by the concert..." is a relative construction. Both sentence are correct.
You may consider the first version a reduced version of the latter.
