Past participle as adjective

I know that past participle is used as an adjective.

ex. The deer hit by the car was removed from the road.

In this case, I guess 'The hit deer by the car was removed from the road.' can be an alternative to put it in different way. Is it possible? If not, what is the reason for incorrectness?

p.s. I made a guess from the interchangeability of the case below.

ex. The glass broken on the table / The broken glass on the table.
