Past or present tense?

Hi

In the sentences:
'It's you who did the impossible.'
and
'I did it!'

Are the tenses past or present?

In the first sentence 'It's' (it is) is present, but 'did' is past. Does this mean that the sentence is structurally wrong?

Also, is the second sentence past or present?

Thanks
