Past or present perfect tense?

Hi. I think for both nos 1 and 2 both past and present perfect tenses are correct, whereas for nos 3 and 4 only no. 4 is correct. Is that right? Thank you in advance for your help.

2. I'm glad to hear that your paper has been accepted by him.

3. I'm glad that you got into the college of your choice.
