past or perfect?

Hi,

A:I replied to your e-mail yesterday.Did you see it?
B:Yes, I did.But Jessie didn't reply.

Is the last sentence correct? And are these sentences OK?

But Jessie didn't reply to it.
But Jessie haven't replied.
But Jessie haven't replied to it (yet).
