I wish I could go back to my past.

How do the second and the third one sound? Do they sound wrong?

All three are correct grammatically. The 2nd and 3rd are more formal-sounding than the first. But even the first one is rather formal-sounding.

In this context you'd more likely hear something like one of the following:

I wish I could go back to the past.

I wish I could relive my life (over again).

I wish I could go back in time.
