Passives

Many kind thanks in advance whoever can help me. In a textbook assignment, I was asked to take the following three sentences and change them into passive voice. However, the answers from the answer key seem totally wrong. Below are the sentences with the answers:

1. They are depend on the CEO to show strong leadership (original)/ They are depending on the CEO to show leadership (answer)

2. Problems may be occurred after the leadership vote (original)/ Problems may occur after the leadership vote. (answer)

3. The audience is consists largely of senior executives. (original)/ The audience consists largely of senior executives (answer)

How these answers are possible, I don't know. Passives are formed by be + past participle. None of the above sentences have this structure.

Again, many kind thanks for help with this.

If the sentences really are from a textbook, I suggest that you throw it away. None of the original sentences is grammatical and none of them has a grammatical object, which is a prerequisite for converting a sentence from active to passive. The incorrect verb forms are: are depend, may be occurred and is consists.

Those are not English in original form. What textbook are they from? The answers are not passive—in fact, those verbs have no passive form, being intransitive. Something is seriously wrong here.
