Passive VS active

If the first part of the sentence is active, can the second part be active.

can you say this?

Not only would I hurt myself, but I'd also embarrass myself.
Not only would I get hurt, but I'd embarrass myself.
Not only would I hurt myself, but I would get embarrassed.

Is the word I'm looking for GENEROUS?

1 Last time I saw her was 2 years ago, and I'm being generous, It is probably more like 28 months.
