Passive voise different tenses

Hi,

My question is what is the difference in meanin and usage between these passive voises.

Example:

"By the year 2015, it is anticipated that many natural habitats will have been destroyed".

and

"By the year 2015, it is anticipated that many natural habitats will be destroyed."

Hi, In your examples, there is no real difference, because of the 'by' phrase which indicates clearly the period during which the destruction will occur. But consider these versions. "In the year 2015, many natural habitats will have been destroyed".
