Passive voices

Hello....

How about the passives below?
All are accepted or some are not?

1.Most people agree with him on this issue.
A:? He is agreed with on this issue (by most people).
B: ? This issue is agreed on with him (by most people).

2. The employees agreed with the company on pay raise.
A: ? The company was agreed with on pay raise (by the employees).
B: ? Pay raise was agreed on with the company (by the employees).

3. He complained to the authority about the delay.
A: ? The authority was complained to about the delay (by him).
B: ? The delay was complained about to the authority (by him).

They range from awkward to very awkward (or barely readable in cases like 1B). None reads entirely smoothly. (2) needs an article before "pay raise".

No doubt you will find examples of these patterns used. I wouldn't recommend them though -- although, as I say, some are worse than others.

I'd say they are all pretty awful.

Many sentences should simply never be made into the passive. These are examples in that category.
