passive voice with have

0Hi,02br
02br
00for my assignment I have to explain the use of the passive in this case: the best sort of happiness01u00 is to be had02u00 by giving up the worst sort of pleasures. In a grammar textbook I found the explanation that the passive voice with have is used in a limited number of contexts but it didn't say which these contexts are. Can somebody please help me? Thanks!0-
