Passive voice question

Hi,

I'm trying to understand the use of passive voice and I was wondering these two examples are examples of passive voice.

1) Is the 'have taken' in 'More than three million people have taken part' passive voice?

2) Is the 'are estimated' and 'have taken' in 'Up to 1.6m are estimated to have taken part' passive voice?
