Passive voice + Present continuous in this sentence?

I am translating a scientific text and this sentence is particularly complicated. I am very insecure about the continuous form I used for the passive voice (in bold). But other suggestions ore improvements are welcome, too...

If a partially positive reaction follows the strategy of constructive responding and subsequently neither inappropriate behavior is being addressed nor the call is being ended early, it is possible to conclude, based on the partially positive reaction, that the test call is at least partially constructive.

If the strategy of constructive response results in a partially positive reaction, and subsequently neither inappropriate behavior is addressed nor the call is prematurely terminated , then it is possible to conclude, based on that positive reaction, that the test call was at least partially constructive.
