I eat - Eating is done by me

I am eating - Eating is being done by me

I was eating - Eating was being done by me

I had eaten - Eating had been done by me

I had been eating - Eating had been being done by me

If these are correct, where does Eating was done by me fit into this pattern?

Use the passive sparingly.
