Native speakers can't either. That's why we don't say nonsense like that.
Use the passive sparingly.

These are all strained and unnatural. They are also not true active/passive pairs. An active sentence can only be transformed to passive if it has an object. For example: "The shark ate the man" -> "The man was eaten by the shark". The active form of "Eating is done by me", for instance, would be "I do eating" (though it is unnatural).

Some of your sentences would be more likely (though still needing special context) with an article: "I was doing the eating" / "The eating was being done by me". This could be used in a context when it was questioned who in a group of people was eating.
