Murdereres are usually sentenced( usually/sentence) to life imprisonment. I wouldn't leave my house unlocked. It might be being broken into(break into). It's serious problem. I don't know how it can be solved(solve). When you are in the museum the exibits mustn't being tuch(touch).

You can have been punished(punish) for parking on yellow line. - Wrong tense. "Can have been", invokes conditional context which is not the case here. Just say "you can be fined/ punished/ ticketed. Though, "punished" is a strange choice of word in this usage.
My bag has disappeared. It must have been stolen(steal).
Murdereres are usually sentenced( usually/sentence) to life imprisonment. (or sentenced "to prison for life" )

When you are in the museum the exibits mustn't being tuch(touch). It's an incorrect construction. You have mixed active and passive tense together. You can either keep in active: When you visit a museum, you can't touch the exhibit. In tis context, it should be active voice. Or passively, " Exhibits should not / must not be touched by you", which sounds pretty clumsy, in my opinion
