Passive voice after verbs followed by gerund (gerunds and infinitives)

Hello,

I have a question about verbs followed by gerund only or infinitives and gerunds in passive.

followed by gerunds only followed by infinitives and gerunds

admitbegin

considerstart

delayintend

dislikeadvise

......

I consider doing something helpful.

In the passive voice do I need to use the infinitive with to after these verbs (mentioned above) or the gerund remain.

This is considered to be immature.

This is considered being immature.

Thanks
