Passive voice + adverb

I would like to ask which is the correct one? "It will be no longer used by me" or "It will no longer be used by me"

I tried to say that I will sell my phone. How to place the word of "be"

That doesn't sound very natural to me, though. I suggest that you use "active voice":

I will no longer use it.
