Passive voice

Is this sentence correct? 'My friend told me that she had hurt herself while she was using the knife.' and if you please tell me how to change like these senteces into passive, 'My mother entered the room while I was reading.' 'My mother was cooking while I was watching TV.'

The first sentence is okay. The room was entered by my mother while I was reading. The TV was being watched by me while my mother was cooking.
