Passive Voice

turn this sentence into passive: " I love people giving me presents. "

I don´t even know where to start > People giving presents are loved? X I love to be given presents ( but this changes both the meaning and also the tense )

I seriously have no idea how to turn the sentence into passive and I´m pretty sure neither of my suggestions is correct. Need some help.
