Hello,
could you tell me if the sentence below could be acceptable?

You will be observed by who?

If not in written language, could this sentence be OK in spoken language?

I mean:
Who will you be observed by?

Simply say, 'who will observe you?'.

I guess that this sentence is only acceptable in spoken language, isn't it?
From grammatical point of view, it is not a proper question...

By who(m) will you be observed?
= Who will you be observed by?

These sentences are grammatically correct.

You would be more likely to see 'whom' in the written form.

It is a perfectly acceptable way of asking the question.
