PASSIVE VOICE

We can change the active sentence "She made me drink wine" into the passive sentence "I was made to drink wine (by her)." Likewise, can we change "What made you laugh?" into "By what were you made to laugh?"

We can, but if you add 'by her' to the first, it's rather unnatural. The second is very unnatural indeed.
