Passive voice

One important question, if I use the passive voice, its used only with verb to be + the verb in past participle right? i cant use the verb to have like: Paul has played this song; that will be present perfect right?

Paul has played this song; that will be present perfect right? Yes. Active voice.



You can also say

This song has been played (by Paul). Present perfect, passive voice.
