Please do not confuse people using exotic and uncommon words such as "dominator." This word is not used in standard textbooks on grammar, but restricted to certain technical research papers on computer syntactical analysis of text.

This fragment: and that way causes some happy is not good English. It is not a correct rephrasing of the original.
