Passive tenses

Hello experts...i want to ask a question,it's about passive tenses.

"The car is being driven by her"
when I have to use "being" and where I have to put "being"?

If the active is "is ---ing", the passive is "is being ---en" (where ---en represent the past participle.)
"is" can be "am", "are", "was", or "were". That part doesn't change.

Active ............. Passive

were eating......were being eaten
was playing......was being played
are taking......
